These employees work as a team and are required to put the necessary man hours into these projects to ensure that all aspects are completed to the specifications outlined in the contract documents. Paul Rich - President
Paul is a Technical Advisor with 28 years of roofing experience. He has thirteen years of successful ownership with Paul Rich Roofing & Construction, Inc. He also has a one year ownership in a general contractor business, Rich Roofing & Construction, located in Texas. He is highly proficient in project estimating & project management. He is currently a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association, Arizona Roofing Contractor’s Association, Western States Roofing Association & the Metal Roofing Alliance. Sharon Rich – Vice President/Secretary/Treasurer
Sharon oversees all financial aspects including, but not limited to, accounts receivables, monthly invoicing & accounts payables. She also oversees health care insurance and 401K programs. She maintains a close relationship with highly experienced accountants & insurance professionals. Has thirteen years of successful ownership with Paul Rich Roofing & Construction, Inc. Debbie Grieninger – Office Manager – 11 years employment with PRR
Has 22 years experience in the roofing industry. She is proficient in all aspects of front office & customer service duties. Debbie oversees all accounts payable data entry and all payroll duties. She is experienced in OCIP, SCIP & Prevailing Wage payroll programs and oversees workers compensation claims and any personnel-related issues. Ken Stohlmann – Senior Estimator/Project Manager – 8 yrs employment with PRR
Has 29 years experience in commercial estimating & project management. Experienced in managing projects ranging from $1,000 to $1,000,000. Is a member of the Arizona Roofing Contractors Association, National Roofing Contractors Association, Western States Roofing Association, American Society of Professional Estimators & the Metal Roofing Alliance. Stephen Ramirez – Project Manager – 6 years employment with PRR
Has 16 years experience in the construction industry. He is a graduate of the Del E. Webb School of Construction. He has completed OSHA 10-hour Safety Certification and is knowledgeable in many types of construction & project management software. Eric Spannenberg - MBA Project Manager – 2 year employment with PRR
Has 7 years experience in residential building and the roofing industry. TRI Certified and oversees general liability, worker’s compensation and warranties for all jobs. Don Simpson – General Superintendent & Safety Coordinator – 10 years employment with PRR
30 years experience in all aspects of commercial re-roofing and new projects. Don has completed the OSHA 10-hour Safety Certification and is trained in both forklift awareness & crane awareness classes. In charge of all in-house weekly safety meetings, on-going safety training, and job-specific safety set up and training. Allen Shakespeare – BUR/modified Superintendent – 9 years employment with PRR
He has 44 years experience in all aspects of commercial and residential roofing. He has completed the OSHA 10-hour Safety Certification and has experience in running crews. Carlos Aragon – Metal Superintendent – 6 years employment with PRR
13 years experience in metal fabrication, installation and crew supervision. Julio Espinoza – Tile/Shingle Superintendent – 9 years employment with PRR
He has 15 years experience in the roofing industry. In the nine years of employment with PRR he started as a tile/shingle installer and was promoted to superintendent after 4 years. He has experience in running crews and is in charge of all residential reroofs. David Salvador – Sheet Metal Shop Foreman – 10 years employment with PRR
Eight years experience in sheet metal fabrication and crew supervision. Qualified on RAS Turbo CNC Break, 12 GA Shear, Zimmerman Roll Former, Roll Former Curve Machine & Work Horse 50 ton Press Break. Wendy Sidowski-McGhee – Office Clerk – 3 years employment with PRR
Duties include monitoring phones, organization of purchase orders, job filing & maintaining office supplies. Also responsible for writing up roof repair tickets and keeping the company fleet of vehicles up to date. |
